Clinical Team

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)

The work of a BCBA at On & Up is central to everything we do. We take great care in selecting candidates who demonstrate leadership skills and who have the passion and motivation to help On & Up continue to build a strong clinical team and make a lasting impact in the community we serve.

This position offers ongoing career focused training and performance based incentives, with ample opportunities for career advancement within the company.

  • Part time and full time hours are available.

  • This position involves center-based services only.

  • Small and dynamic clinical team, focused on growth and collaboration.

  • BCBA certification and at least 1 year of previous experience following BCBA certification is required.

  • Clinical experience conducting skills-based assessments is required. 

  • Clinical experience developing treatment plans, programs, and materials is required.

  • Clinical experience supervising clinical staff and monitoring progress is required.

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

The work of technicians at On & Up is extremely valuable. RBTs are the hands and feet of our mission, so we take great care in selecting individuals who demonstrate a passion for working with children and a drive for learning and growing in their leadership and professional skills.

Technicians are responsible for implementing treatment plans under the direction and close mentorship of a BCBA clinician.

  • Part time and full time hours are available.

  • This position involves center-based services only.

  • RBT certification and previous experience in the field of Behavior Analysis is required.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.

  • Previous experience in teaching, psychology, mental health or with special needs population is required.

  • Extensive hands-on training is provided as part of the on-boarding process.

  • BACB supervision, mentorship and opportunities for unrestricted activities provided to those enrolled in coursework and accruing hours towards their BACB certification.

Admin Team

Billing & Authorizations Manager

We are looking for a dependable, reliable and organized individual, who can manage claims billing and medical authorizations, using our practice management software.

  • This is an independent contractor position

  • This position involves in-person services only, at our Aventura location

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe is required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position

  • Previous experience with medical billing and authorizations is preferred

  • Extensive hands-on training is provided as part of the on-boarding process
